How to enable PayPal PDT in sandbox
How do I enable PayPal's PDT in the PayPal sandbox?
I have found the following instructions:

Enable PDT for your PayPal account.
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the Profile subtab.
Click the My Selling Tools button in the left column.
I see no 'My Selling Tools' button in the 'Profile' page at all. I can
only assume that the sandbox has been updated, but the instructions
havn't.
Does anyone know how to enable PDT in the sandbox or know where I can find
uptodate instructions on how to enable PDT?
Here is a screenshot of the sandbox profile page, and 'My Selling Tools'
button is nowhere to be seen:
